SHIPPING POLICY

Your product will be delivered to your specified location during business hours by our courier
partner. Please ensure the address given has someone to receive the goods during business hours.
Delivery will be done within 1-5 working days.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a strict NO RETURNS policy from this Clearance Sale site. To be eligible for a return, your
item must be damaged in transit or defective in nature. This should be conveyed as such when
delivered by the courier company. A notification needs to be sent in writing to
shop@grohedawn.com.

Replacement Goods


Should your product be return based on the above, our courier partner will collect the item. Once it
is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement of
the same or a similar product (should you accept something similar should we be out of stock of the
exact product).
